Ashutosh is a practising Chartered Accountant with M P Chitale & Co since 1987. He was also the first person from an emerging economy to be Chair for five years of the Accounting & Assurance Committee of DFK International – a top ten worldwide association of accounting firms & business advisers. His passion at work includes client satisfaction, mentoring, technology & innovation, helping professional bodies and regulators in standards setting while outside of work it is primarily, family, friends, travelling, reading (prefers a paper book to a digital one), social media & St. Jude India ChildCare Centres
Gargi has been associated with St. Judes since its inception and is committed to giving joy and hope to the children at St.Judes and their families during their difficult period. A freelance accountant, Gargi was the Financial Controller of the UNESCO award winning team for the restoration and revitalisation project of the Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum in Mumbai in the year 2005. She is also a consultant to INTACH Mumbai.
With her experience from working in organisations as diverse as Samaritans in Paris, Mothers Choice in Hong Kong and the HIV Unit of Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore, Manisha brings her personal commitment to a more caring world to her current role as Vice Chairperson of SJICC. As part of the SJICC leadership team, she helps drive initiatives ranging from expanding SJICC's footprint across the country to fundraising and from innovation to skill training programs.
After having worked with ConAgra Foods and Unilever both in India and abroad for 36 years, Utpal is strategic adviser to companies, as part time coach and member of governing bodies and boards of directors of various organisations in both corporate and social sectors. He is the Team Leader for Kolkata.
Gopal's focus in St. Judes is on strategic planning, keeping our rapid growth in mind. As Managing Director & CEO of Bharti Airtel (India & South Asia) Gopal brings with him 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management.
Aditya heads the SJICC Premises team, bringing with him his experience in designing and building luxury homes in Alibag. He was the President of St. Judes from 2009 to 2012. With his knowledge of cost management, financial planning and renovation of Centres, he ensures that the renovation and refurbishment of all our Centres creates viable and pleasant spaces for the children and their families.
Jai guides the organisation in its legal matters. He is a partner at Desai & Diwanji, one of the oldest and most reputed full service law firms in India.
A retired career investment banker, Mukeeta is currently consulting in contemporary Indian art, philanthropy and CSR in the cultural space. Her focus at St. Judes is on scaling up and new projects.
St. Judes' first CEO, Usha has worked as a volunteer with cancer patients and their families at various treatment centres in Mumbai since 1994. She was awarded the Asia-Pacific Cancer Society's Training Grant (APCASOT) for a training programme in Australia in 1997 and is a Fellow of the IUCC (International Union against Cancer, Geneva).
